Request / Manage Guest Lists

To add guests to your own guest list for a Show, without having to send a request to someone by email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your store's admin area.
  2. Go to the Tickets section of your Inventory area.
  3. Find the Show you're looking for and click the "Will Call" link on the right hand side.
  4. Click the gears icon on the top right to view more actions.
  5. Click the "Guest Lists" action.
  6. Click the edit icon across from the top guest list that has the same name as your store. This guest list is special and just for you, the store owner, and doesn't have a limit to the number of people you can add to it.
  7. From here, you can add as many guests as you want and those guests will appear on the Will Call List.

To request a guest list from someone for a Show by email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your store's admin area.
  2. Go to the Tickets section of your Inventory area.
  3. Find the Show you're looking for and click the "Will Call" link on the right hand side.
  4. Click the gears icon on the top right to view more actions.
  5. Click the "Guest Lists" action.
  6. Enter the email address and the number of tickets they're allowed to reserve (note, this is completely separate from the number of ticket you're selling).
  7. Click the "Send Guest List Request" button.

An email will be sent to the address you specified with a special, secure URL. Clicking the URL will show them a list with a simple form where they can add a guest's name and how many tickets should be held for that person. They'll be able to add any number of guests so long as the total number of tickets is less than or equal to the number of tickets you specified when sending the request. Any guests added to a Guest List will appear on the main Will Call List and there will be a note saying which guest list that person was originally added to.

To change the number of tickets allowed on a guest list or delete a guest list, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your store's admin area.
  2. Go to the Tickets section of your Inventory area.
  3. Find the Show you're looking for and click the "Will Call" link on the right hand side.
  4. Click the gears icon on the top right to view more actions.
  5. Click the "Guest Lists" action.
  6. Click the edit icon across from the Guest List in question.
  7. Click the gears icon on the top right.
  8. Update the number of tickets allowed or delete the guest list if the list is empty.

Note that if the list isn't empty yet, you'll have to remove each guest from the list before you can delete the entire list.
