Where's My Order?

If you're reading this, you're probably waiting for your order to ship. Unfortunately, we're not the people who ship them, or have anything to do with the stores. We're actually just a piece of self serve software, thousands of people use to sell their music and merchandise. So when you pay a store for an order, you're paying the owner of that store directly. Not us. We're just a couple of guys banging away at keyboards, maintaining this very cool, and powerful, platform.

The best way to get a hold of the store you ordered from, is by replying to your order email. That reply will go directly to them. If you can't find your order email, check your spam folder. If it's not in there, I would go to the store, and see if you can find an email address. Or you could contact them through social media. OR, if you paid via PayPal, go into your PayPal account, and get the email address you paid from your dashboard.

lastly, and most importantly, when store owners sign up for Limited Run, they don't give us any detailed info like address or phone number. So we have just as much info as you do.
