Interactive Will Call List / Checking People In
To view the Interactive Will Call List for a Show, follow these steps:
- Go to your store's admin area.
- Go to the Tickets section of your Inventory area.
- Find the Show you're looking for and click the "Will Call" link on the right hand side.
You can view this Interactive Will Call List on any device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
Tips:
- Tap the number to the left of someone's name to toggle their "checked in" status.
- To view more details about someone or their order, click the arrow on the right hand side, across from their name.
- Bookmark the URL http://your-store.limitedrun.com/admin/show/manager to go directly to the Will Call List area for all of your upcoming Shows.
